HarimanYog& Wellness Code of Conduct

We foster a conscious and compassionate community, promoting spirituality, ethics, respect, and trust. To maintain this sacred environment, we ask students and guests to adhere to the following guidelines

    Respect and Behavior

  • Respect Indian culture and spiritual atmosphere
  • Maintain mutual respect, civility, and congenial relationships
  • Refrain from harassment, violence, bullying, gossip, and rumors
  • Use respectful language.
  • No public displays of affection

    Health and Wellness

  • No tobacco, alcohol, non-prescription drugs, meat, fish, or eggs on premises
  • Celibacy is encouraged as part of spiritual discipline.
  • Modest dress (legs covered) required at all times.

    Community Life

  • Activities cease after dinner.
  • No electronic gadgets during classes (theory and practical).
  • Participation in scheduled classes is mandatory.

    Acknowledgement

  • By registering with Hariman Yog & Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these guidelines, respecting our community's values and spiritual environment.

Hariman Yog & Wellness Terms and Conditions

    Medical Responsibility

    Students/customers are responsible for their own medical and healthcare needs. It is recommended to:

  • Carry personal medications
  • Disclose health conditions to Hariman Yog & Wellness staff

    • Limited medical care is available on-site for emergencies only. The nearest medical facility is 30 minutes away by car

    Liability and Risk

    Hariman Yog & Wellness shall not be liable for:

  • Accidents.
  • Injuries.
  • Thefts.
  • Any damages during the course.

    Payment Terms

  • All fees must be paid in advance within 7 working days from the course start date.
  • Failure to pay on time may result in registration cancellation and deposit forfeiture.

    Course Changes and Cancellation

    Hariman Yog & Wellness reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Cancel courses and refund deposits
  • Offer alternative dates

    Health Declaration

    By registering, you confirm that you are:

  • Physically and mentally fit and stable
  • Not pregnant

Hariman Yog & Wellness Privacy Policy

    Data Collection and Purpose

    We collect your data solely for administering your registration, ensuring a seamless experience at our Yoga School, accommodation, and courses

    Data Security

    Your data is:

  • Secured and handled exclusively by Hariman Yog & Wellness administrators.
  • Stored on protected online databases, accessible only to administrators.
  • Backed up on protected servers and locally on encrypted administration devices.

    Data Retention

  • Application data and email records: removed after 3 years.
  • Basic name and email data: retained for administration and graduate records.

    Data Rights

    You have the right to:

  • Request complete data purge or changes at any time
  • Access and update your information

    Data Sharing

    We will not sell or exchange your data for marketing purposes

    Communication

    We will only send emails related to your course or personal interactions

    Compliance

    This policy complies with international data protection standards

    Updates

    We reserve the right to update this policy. Changes will be posted on our website

Hariman Yog & Wellness Cancellation and Refund Policy

    Postponement

  • Due to illness or personal matters, courses can be postponed up to 2 years from initial booking
  • Paid deposit remains valid for 2 years
  • No refunds available for booking deposit

    Mid-Course Cancellation

  • No refunds for course fees if student/customer changes mind mid-term

    Meal Opt-Out

  • Students/customers opting out of meals during the course do so at their own responsibility.
  • No reduction in course fee

    Course Cancellation by Hariman Yog & Wellness

  • We reserve the right to cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances
  • 100% refund of course fee in such cases

    Pregnancy or Injury

  • No refunds for course fee or booking deposit due to pregnancy or sudden injury

    Deposit Transfer

  • Booking deposit can be transferred to another person for the same date/course

    Abandoning Course

  • Leaving the course after commencement forfeits any refund claims for food, course, or accommodation

    Taxi Cancellation

  • Changes in travel plans requiring taxi cancellation incur liability for taxi fees

    Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 10 working days

    Policy Acceptance

  • By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation and Refund Policy
